ORO VALLEY

Oro Valley is a well-planned community that uses its resources to balance the needs of today with potential impacts on future generations.  Oro Valley’s lifestyle is defined by the highest standard of environmental integrity, education, infrastructure, services, public safety and economic sustainability.  We are a community of people working together to ensure that the Town government remains responsive to the citizens’ needs while maintaining the long-term financial stability of the Town.

MARANA 

Marana is a relatively new municipality, incorporating in 1977 to preserve the pristine beauty of the desert and control our most valuable resource – water. Although the Town is young, Marana has a long, rich history and heritage preservation is one of our core values.

CASAS ADOBES

The unincorporated county area north of Tucson and between Oro Valley and Marana is known as Casas Adobes.  Though it is an informal community, it is older than both Oro Valley and Marana and has developed its own distinct lifestyle and personality.

CATALINA FOOTHILLS 

It's not much of a stretch to consider the Catalina Foothills the Beverly Hills of Pima County.  The southern foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains have been drawing the nation's wealthy to them for more than 80 years, building huge luxury homes with spectacular views of the Tucson valley.

CATALINA

Wide-open spaces, majestic mountain views and small town peace and quiet are only a few of the natural amenities the community of Catalina has to offer.  Situated 12 miles north of Tucson's northern boundary, along both sides of Arizona Highway 77, this approximately 17-square mile residential community straddles the Pima-Pinal County line.  An estimated 7,500 residents enjoy cooler temperatures and heavier rainfall than their neighbors to the south, thanks to the area's 3,200-foot elevation and close proximity to the mountain range.  The absence of city lights makes Catalina a prime stargazing location.
